Waratahs in white

I love a waratah flower.
Most notably in red, but spectacular in white, this version of a truly native flower is rare and unique indeed.
Aboriginal legend tells of the whitye waratah far back into the Dreamtime as an ancient and distinct part of the New South Wales landscape. 
One of our absolute favourites!
