Lilly-Rae Media’s processing policy is between 14-21 days*. All of our prints are custom printed, carefully checked and individually packaged ready to be sent to you.

*please note that during the month of January, print processing times may differ. If you require further information, please email info@lillyraemedia.com.au at the time of placing your order.

While Lilly-Rae Media takes no responsibility for lost, damaged or stolen goods once your order is sent, we are more than happy to investigate issues with your lost, damaged or stolen goods and ensure that we will work towards an appropriate solution with Australia Post.

If you are not happy with your purchase you need to notify us within 7 days of receiving your order. If you change your mind, exchanging goods and refunding goods is at the discretion of Lilly-Rae Media. If you simply change your mind this does not mean you will receive a refund as all prints are custom printed to order for you.

Lilly-Rae Media may occasionally provide special offers and promotions waiving delivery charges in certain circumstances. We reserve the right to vary, cancel or extend special offers and promotions regarding delivery charges.
